You Know Me

Being sick means spending time at home, and having the whole house for yourself when everyone else is out and busy at work. Thank you Jesus for forcing me to stay home and rest cause you know me, and you know what is best for me. And I came to this realization that God likes to interrupt us. Because we are too used to Him being there for us, we are too used to our privileged lifestyles, we are too used to everything going our way.

Until.

Until God chooses to pull away and we realize we need him more, until we struggle and we realize we cant do it without God, until God interrupts. Then we start to see that what we have worked for is nothing without God in it.

Kings and Queens.

We can be the kings and queens of anything if we believe the hope that we have in you.

Understanding is a beautiful thing. Even though it may come in different forms. In teachings, in hardships, in worship, in celebrations, in sorrows, in joy. What is torturous, is being moulded and fixed in a mindset, believing in what you think is true stubbornly, and letting all good opportunities pass by. No wonder, for thirty seven times, the Bible uses 'wisdom' and 'understanding' in the same sentence. Because only through understanding, one grows wiser.

And this week, is one of those uber tiring weeks where sleep is scarce and where a thousand and one things are on my plate. Yet it is one of the most fruitful weeks where I've learnt so much truths about God. But the most important thing is that He loves us, and He wants the best for us. We are kings and queens if only we believe and live our life accordingly.

Thank you Jesus, the King of all Kings.
